I am third-year student at the University of Edinburgh.
I’ve composed music for films in collaboration with the USC School of Cinematic Arts and from the Theatre, Film, Television and Interactive Media department at the University of York. My work with the team at York, a short-length documentary titled Night Lives was awarded at the 2020 Luma Festival.
When it ia possible, I regularly DJ at the CRUSH events put on by the Edinburgh University Student Union.
In addition to my work in the creative arts, I am involved in student-led initiatives in both Cyprus and the UK. As a member of the Edinburgh Student Housing Co-operative, the UK’s largest student co-operative, I have designed and built essential resources for the management of the organization’s finances.
More recently, I’ve been involved with Pause or Pay UK, helping to promote students’ demands and putting pressure on the University’s senior management team.
In March of 2021, I ran for student sabbatical office at EUSA’s elections. I was not elected, but as part of my campaign I wrote and produced a quircky rap song to outline my campaign’s objectives. Check it out.
